Where I'm at right now

Being upfront: this site is still a work in progress. Here's the honest state:

• The portfolio is being assembled. Case studies and lab projects aren't published yet — they will be added incrementally.
• Current availability: describe availability here. Not in a position to take on large engagements immediately, but small consultations and spot work are welcome.
• Topics I'm exploring: AI-driven workflow triage, small Cloud Run reference architectures, and micro products that solve concrete operational pain.
